Come join the founding engineering team of a Y-Combinator backed InsurTech startup to make a huge impact in a $10bn market. SuretyNow is an insurance technology company that specializes in providing surety bonds and commercial insurance to small businesses. Since launching, we have reached over $2M in annual run rate.

What we’re looking for:
- Self-Driven: We’re a fully remote team with globally distributed work hours. Discipline and being able to execute on a daily basis with minimal guidance are a must. You hold yourself accountable for your results and never blame others.
- Versatile: Able to wear many hats and work on many different types of projects on the engineering side. Specialists won’t do well here. We’re looking for full stack engineers who can tackle ambiguous technical problems.
What you’ll do:
- Frontend Development: Develop and maintain our Next.js + TypeScript + React app and our static landing page which runs on Webflow.
- Backend Development: Develop and maintain a Node.js TypeScript backend. Implement RESTful APIs, and ensure security and data protection. Integrate with CRM and marketing APIs to build automations.
- Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain Node.js scripts using Puppeteer for web scraping, and monitor scraping bots.
