Job Responsibilities
- Understand requirements provided by the Functional Team.
- Develop functionalities using Oracle/JAVA/Python, adhering to Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Conduct peer reviews of code written by other developers.
- Ensure that queries and code are optimized for performance and volume handling.
- Assist in defect fixing during various testing phases (System Testing, SIT, UAT, and Non-Regression Testing) and follow the production release process.
Required Skills:
- 1 to 5 years of software development experience in PL/SQL for Banking Industry
- Proficient coding and design skills in Oracle/JAVA/Python, including analytical functions and data modeling.
- Hands-on development experience in optimizing Oracle queries, stored procedures, and packages for superior performance.
Good to have
- Basic knowledge of Shell scripting and Autosys.
- Familiarity with Udeploy and Git Bash is advantageous.
- Is eager to learn new tools and adapt to project needs.
- Has exposure to Agile methodologies.
