HCLTech hiring fresher graduates with strong understanding of ServiceNow, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for the role of Software Engineer – ServiceNow.

• Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee

• Highest Qualification for B. Tech/B. E (CSE/IT/EEE/ECE) Only.

• Batch: 2023/2024 Only.

• Must have 70% and above throughout the academics.

.Willing to work in any location within India or abroad as assigned by HCLTech.

. Exposure / Experience in respective domain would be an added advantage.

. Must be CAD Certified from ServiceNow.

• CTC offered: as per the standard HCLTech grid applicable (Basis 70% Percentage Eligibility Criteria)

Skill Set : 

1. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
2. Proficiency in ServiceNow catalog item creation, including variables, workflows, and approvals.
3. Strong understanding of ServiceNow Service Catalog module and related functionalities.
4. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including REST API and MID Server.
5. Expertise working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
6. Excellent documentation skills.
7. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Description :

1. Review, design, develop & implementation
2. Understand new requirements and come up with design for new features
3. Design new features with optimized ways & ability to handle required scale and work on implementation
4. Work along with geographically dispersed teams & client engineers in coming up with the design & implementation approaches
5. Support through the qualification cycles.
6. Work closely with the functional and end-to-end test teams to troubleshoot problems found in integration testing.
7. Handling problems reported form the field and coming up with quick resolution, workaround, recovery and fixes.
