As a Frontend QA Engineer at WN Infotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that cover various aspects of the frontend, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute automated and manual tests for web applications.
2. Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience.
3. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure high-quality code through code reviews and automated testing.
4. Implement and maintain testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Jest, and Cypress.
5. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
6. Identify, record, document, and track bugs using appropriate tracking tools.
7. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development and testing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Proficiency in JavaScript testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3. Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Cypress.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance

Qualification & Experience Required

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of 0 to 5 years as a Frontend QA Engineer or similar role.
3. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
4. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes is a plus.
