What We’ll Bring:
We are looking to fill Business Admin roles. These individuals would join our Buy journey scrum team supporting our CRM. The business admins participate in all ceremonies, which include things like ensuring the business need and expected outcomes are clearly defined, estimates are established, and the goals of the team and program increment (PI) are understood and achievable. Our business admins configure, develop and test Salesforce functionality tied to the goals that span the Buy journey inclusive of Accounts & Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quoting, Contracting and Orders. Additionally, the business admins rotate responsibility for executing code deployments and address support tickets.
What You’ll Bring:
Based on the above and the fact that the roles are Analyst level, I’m looking for the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
- Proficient listening and communication skills with strong technical aptitude
- Proactive and agile nature in approach to work assignments and career
- Demonstrates flexibility in dealing with change
- Ability to manage time effectively, deep problem solving and analytical skills
Impact You’ll Make:
Experience in any of the following would be valuable:
- Software development skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)
- Salesforce
- Relational databases, data modeling and ETL tools
- Agile development methodologies such as SAFe or SCRUM
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
