Job Details

 Purpose of Position: 

• Primary and sole responsibly is to Migrate endpoints/ laptops to Microsoft Intune 
• Service Desk Analyst with excellent English communication skills explicitly working with US collogues 
• Working in US daytime from India Monday to Friday
• Read, listen and understand the user requirement and provide the support on the best of your ability
• Intune process adherence

 Major Responsibilities:

• Endpoint/ Laptop migration from on-prem AD to Microsoft Intune
• Communicate with US based users, send invitations for Migration Process 
• Adhere to the Intune migration process
• Strong Hands-on experience on the Windows OS 
• Good interpersonal skills
• Understand the US and India cultural differences and approach the users politely and appropriately
• Log and discuss the challenges faced, put forth the Ideas to improve the process

 General Skills: 

• Excellent English Communication
• Experience in Microsoft Intune
• Understanding of Security Groups, User Groups, Device Groups in Intune
• Understanding of Windows BitLocker, and Firewall
• Experience in other Microsoft services like MS Entra, Active Directory, Office 365, Admin Center
• Excellent understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration
• Self-motivated and self-learning 

 Technical/Domain Skills:                                                                        

•  Microsoft Intune Administration, Windows Administration, Laptop administrations
• Office 365, MS Entra, Office 365 Admin Center, Active Directory, Genesis Soft-Phone

 Education (Required): 

•  Education: BE / B. Tech, MCA Preferred 
• Full Time Technical Diploma 

 Work Experience (Required): 1 to 3 years
