Our partner is seeking a Research Engineer to join their team focused on mid-training processes. This role involves shaping technical strategies, optimizing compute usage, and advancing synthetic data solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead research to develop large-scale synthetic data generation pipelines and orchestration solutions.
- Optimize AI inference workloads for performance, cost, and resource efficiency using the latest techniques.
- Contribute to open-source tools for synthetic data generation and mid-training frameworks.
- Publish research at leading AI conferences, including ICML and NeurIPS.
- Communicate technical outcomes through blogs tailored for developers and customers.
- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML tools and infrastructure, driving platform improvements.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, with experience building pipelines for large-scale model training or inference.
- Knowledge of distributed inference frameworks and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in MLOps, including model versioning and CI/CD pipelines.
