About the job
1. Develop and maintain Java (v8 and v11) based applications using Spring, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
2. Develop efficient , reusable, and reliable java code in core product
3. Review, test and debug code written by team members
4. Work with databases (MySQL and Oracle) to design schemas, write complex queries, and optimize performance.
5. Upgrade java versions (to v17), spring versions based on security recommendations.
6. Involve in troubleshooting and debugging issues by collaborating with other teams.
7. Involve in maintaining and improving product documentation
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
1. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring frameworks.
2. Experience with Spring security and RESTful API design.
3. Proficiency in version control systems like Git including branching, merging and pull requests.
4. Experience in unit testing frameworks like Junit and Mockito.
5. Hands on experience with tools like Docker.
6. Proficiency in database management, including SQL (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
7.Knowledge of CICD practices and basic experience with tools like Jenkins.
8. Experience with securing web applications and Rest API’s
9. Good business communication skills working with diverse, global teams.
